People v. Mitchell, (Case No. CD292849):

People v. Mitchell, (Case No. CD292849): This was a Felony DUI in which another person suffered GBI, (great bodily injury): i.e., they  had a severly broken arm and internal injures requiring surgery. The prosecution wanted prison and an electronic monitoring device to prevent alcohol use pendente lite. Disposition: We were able to get probation with only 5 days of house arrest (with his good time credits) and regular DUI terms and conditions, (First Conviction Program, MADD and  license suspension, with an ability to obtain a restricted driver’s license. Client is very happy!
